Worm Hums vs none

This pic, shows the dramatic difference of using Worm Castings Humus  in Gardens

to the Right in this bed the Beet Root has Humus in the soil. <30cm high> To the left has only dirt <5cm high>
the differance in growth is remarkable

 both rows of Beet were planted at the same time.
